Sizing: the check that decides if it works
EMS garments only work well when the contacts touch the skin evenly. Measure your waist, hips and thigh, compare them with the size guide on the product page, and choose the snug size. If you are between sizes, ask us before you order.
What it can and can't do
It can make the muscles under the contacts contract, adding an extra session that supports your muscle training.
It can’t replace exercise or a balanced diet, or promise a particular result.
How to use it safely
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it.
Do not use it if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I wear anything underneath?
Follow the manual for your model. The contacts must touch the skin, so wet the skin lightly where they sit.
Can I wash it?
Follow the care instructions in the manual. Electronic parts must not be washed.
What if the size is wrong?
Our returns window is 30 days. Contact us if you need help choosing a size.
