Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier you named, took physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us clearly that you withdraw, by email to [EMAIL] or by post to [COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. Send your notice before the 14 days have expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are told of your decision. We use the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
