It can send controlled pulses to muscles through pads, with levels you adjust.

1. Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
2. Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
3. Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
4. Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.

Never place pads across the chest, on the head or neck, or on the front of the throat.

Who should not use it.

Do not use it if:

• You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
• You are pregnant.
• The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
