EMS Glute Trainers
An EMS glute trainer is a wearable pad that sits on your glutes and makes the muscles contract with electrical pulses, so a session can support your muscle training. Ours is cordless, comes with a remote and is made in our own factory with a 2-year warranty. It adds a session to your week; it does not replace squats or a balanced diet.

Is a glute trainer right for you?
Choose a glute trainer if you want an extra low-effort session for your glutes at home, for example on days you do not train. Choose EMS leggings or shorts if you want pads built into clothing that covers more of the legs; see EMS shorts and leggings. Choose a full kit if you also want abs and arms; see EMS kits.

What it can and can't do
It can make your glute muscles contract, adding an extra training session you control with the remote.
It can’t replace strength training, build muscle on its own, or promise a particular result. Think of it as a supplement to how you already move.
How to use it safely
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Sit or stand as the manual advises, and do not use it while driving or sleeping.
Who should not use it.
Do not use it if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
Frequently asked questions
What does the remote do?
It lets you change the level and mode without reaching for the pad. Start at level 1.
Can I do squats while wearing it?
Start without moving. Stimulation can feel uneven during exercise, so add movement only once you are comfortable.
Is it the same as EMS leggings?
Both use EMS pulses. The glute trainer is a single pad; leggings and shorts build pads into a garment. See EMS shorts and leggings.
