EMS Ab Stimulator Belts and Pads

Our ab stimulator belts use EMS pulses to make your abdominal muscles contract, so a session can support your muscle training. Choose a gel-free belt with fixed electrodes, or a gel-pad set that costs less to start with. Every belt is cordless, made in our own factory and covered by a 2-year warranty. Not sure which to pick? The guide below makes it a two-minute decision.

Gel-free or gel-pad: which should you choose?

The main choice is how the electrodes touch your skin. Both types are cordless and wearable.

Gel-free belt Gel-pad set
Consumables None. The electrodes are built in. Gel pads wear out and need replacing.
Cost at the start Higher Lower
Cost over time Predictable Rises with every pad you replace
Setup Put it on, switch it on Stick the pads on clean skin first
Best for Daily use with the least fuss Trying EMS first, or adding arm and leg pads

Choose a gel-free belt if you want no consumables and the simplest routine. Choose a gel-pad set if you want a lower entry price or plan to grow into a full kit. For arms and legs as well, see our EMS kits. Replacement pads are in gel pads and accessories. The full comparison is in Gel-free vs gel-pad EMS.

What an ab stimulator belt can and can't do

It can make your abdominal muscles contract through electrical pulses, giving you an extra, low-effort training session you can fit around your day.

It can’t replace exercise, sleep or a balanced diet, and we do not promise a particular result in a set number of weeks. What you see depends on you, not the device.

How to use it safely

  1. Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
  2. Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
  3. Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.

Do not use the belt while driving, in water or while asleep, and take it off if the stimulation feels uneven or uncomfortable.

Who should not use it.

Do not use it if:

  • You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
  • You are pregnant.
  • The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.

Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.

Five checks before you buy any ab belt

  1. Look past star ratings. Read what unhappy buyers say: they mention strength that jumps, short lifespans and weak batteries.
  2. Check the waist range. A belt that does not sit flat gives uneven contact.
  3. Check the charger. It should state 5V/2A. Fast-charge adapters can damage the battery.
  4. Count the levels and modes. You need a gentle level 1 to start from.
  5. Read the warranty. Ours is 2 years, written on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

Do EMS ab belts work?

They make your abdominal muscles contract, which can support your muscle training. They do not replace exercise or a balanced diet. Our guide Do EMS ab belts actually work? explains what to expect.

How long should a session last?

About 15-20 minutes. Start at level 1 and raise it slowly.

Can I wear it under clothes?

Yes, the belts are cordless and made to be worn. Keep the electrodes in firm contact with the skin and do not use it while driving.

Will I see a visible change?

That depends on your training, diet and starting point. A belt gives your muscles an extra session; it does not do the whole job, and we do not promise a result.

How do I charge it?

Use a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
