Description
This handheld unit has two output channels and drives gel pads that you place yourself. You set the level and mode, which gives you more control than a fixed belt.
It is for muscle stimulation and relaxation, not for medical use. Never place pads across the chest, on the head or neck, or on the front of the throat.
You will need gel pads: see universal gel pads.

How to use
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it
Do not use this device if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
