Red Light Therapy Belts

1. Ask for the wavelength. A seller should state it in nanometres, not just say “red light”.
2. Count the LEDs and see where they sit. Coverage matters more than a big number on the box.
3. Check the heat control. You want a low setting to start from.
4. Check the charger. It should state 5V/2A.
5. Read the warranty and returns. Ours is 2 years and 30 days.

1. Follow the manual for distance and timing.
2. Start at the lowest heat. Raise slowly.
3. Do not look directly into the LEDs.
4. Keep sessions to about 15-20 minutes.
5. Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only.

Who should not use it.

Do not use it if:

• You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
• You are pregnant.
• The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
