Heated Neck Massagers
A heated neck massager wraps warmth around your neck and shoulders while you sit, read or work. It is a cordless relaxation aid, made in our own factory and covered by a 2-year warranty. It is a relaxation product, not a medical product. Use the short guide below to check whether a neck massager is what you need, and how to use it comfortably.
Is a neck massager right for you?
Choose a heated neck massager if you want a simple, cordless way to relax your neck at the end of a long day sitting. Choose a heated back belt if the lower back is where you want warmth; see heated back massagers.
What it can and can't do
It can give you warmth and gentle stimulation to help you unwind.
It can’t replace advice from a doctor about neck problems, or change how you sit at work.
How to use it safely
- Start at the lowest heat setting. Raise slowly.
- Keep sessions to about 15-20 minutes, and do not fall asleep wearing it.
- Never use it near the front of the throat or on the head.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it.
Do not use it if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
