Choose the heated EMS back belt if you sit all day and want warmth plus a muscle session you control. Choose the pulse massager if you want the simplest option. Choose a red light heat belt if red light is what you are after.
What it can and can't do
It can add warmth and gentle stimulation to a break from sitting, to help you relax.
It can’t replace seeing a doctor about a back problem, or fix how you sit. Think of it as a relaxation aid.
How to use it safely
- Put the belt on over a thin layer or directly on skin as the manual says.
- Start at the lowest heat and level 1. Raise slowly.
- Keep sessions to about 15-20 minutes. Do not fall asleep wearing it.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it.
Do not use it if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
Do not use heat on skin that is numb or has reduced feeling.

Can I wear it at my desk?
Yes. The belt is cordless. Keep the heat low at first and take a break if you feel too warm.
Is heat safe to use for a full session?
Use the lowest setting first and check your skin during use. Stop if it feels too hot.
Does it replace medical advice?
No. If you have ongoing back problems, speak to a doctor. This is a relaxation product.
How is it different from a red light belt?
