Description
This set uses gel pads on your abs and two pads for your arms, driven by one cordless controller. It is the lowest-cost way to try EMS beyond your waist.
Gel pads are a consumable. Replace them when they stop sticking firmly; spare pads are in gel pads and accessories.
It does not replace exercise or a balanced diet, and we do not promise a particular result.

How to use
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it
Do not use this device if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
