Description
This belt wraps around your waist and uses EMS pulses to make your abdominal muscles contract, so a session can support your muscle training. The 8 electrodes are built in, which means there are no gel pads to stick on, and no consumables to keep buying.
It is cordless and made to be worn, so you can set it up in a minute and get on with your day. Start at level 1 and work up to a comfortable level over several sessions.

How to use
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
Who should not use it
Do not use this device if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
