EMS Kits: Abs, Arms and Legs

An EMS kit adds arm and leg pads to the ab belt, so one cordless set can stimulate several muscle groups in the same session. It suits you if you already know EMS feels right and want more than abs. Kits are built in our own factory, ship with a 2-year warranty, and use the same safe-start routine as our single belts.

Which kit should you choose?

Gel-pad abs set with 2 arm pads 5-piece kit (abs, 2 arms, 2 legs)

Choose the abs and arms set if you want to test EMS on more than your waist without a big spend. Choose the 5-piece kit if you want abs, arms and legs covered by one controller. Only after abs alone? See ab stimulator belts. For the glutes, see EMS glute trainers.

What EMS can and can't do

It can make muscles contract so a session supports your muscle training, at a comfort level you set yourself, from level 1 upwards.

It can’t replace exercise or a balanced diet, promise a visible result by a certain date, or be used safely by everyone. See who should not use it below.

How to use a kit safely

  1. Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
  2. Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
  3. Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.

Place pads only on the muscles named in the manual, and keep pads from touching each other. Do not place pads across the chest or on the head or neck.

Who should not use it.

Do not use it if:

  • You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
  • You are pregnant.
  • The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.

Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use all pads at once?

Follow the manual for your model. Start at level 1 on every pad and raise each one slowly.

Do I have to replace the pads?

Gel pads are a consumable. Replace them when they stop sticking firmly. Find them in gel pads and accessories.

Is a kit better than separate devices?

One controller for several pad positions is simpler to charge and store. If you only want abs, a single belt costs less.

How long should a session last?

About 15-20 minutes in total.
