EMS Foot Massagers

Choose a foot mat if you sit for long periods and want an easy way to wind down with your feet up, and a remote you can reach from your chair. Skip it if you want a firm kneading massage; an EMS mat uses pulses, not pressure.

It can give your feet gentle pulses that many people find relaxing, with levels you set from the remote.

It can’t replace medical care for foot or circulation problems. If you have diabetes or reduced feeling in your feet, ask a doctor first.

1. Place the mat on a flat, dry surface and sit comfortably. Wet your feet lightly, or follow the manual.
2. Start at level 1 and raise it slowly. Lower it if it stings.
3. Keep sessions to about 15-20 minutes.
4. Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.

Who should not use it.

Do not use it if:

• You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
• You are pregnant.
• The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
