This kit gives you five pad positions on one controller: abs, two arms and two legs. It suits you if you want more than abs in a single session.
Start at level 1 on every pad and raise each slowly. Keep the whole session to about 15-20 minutes.
It does not replace exercise or a balanced diet, and we do not promise a particular result.

How to use
- Wet the skin lightly, or follow the manual for your model, so contact is even.
- Start at level 1 and raise it slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable contraction. If it stings or jumps, stop and lower the level.
- Keep each session to about 15-20 minutes.
- Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.

Do not use this device if:
- You have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device.
- You are pregnant.
- The skin where the pads or electrodes would sit is broken, irritated or sensitive.
