2-year warranty

Every voreve device comes with a 2-year warranty from the date you receive it. If a device develops a fault within that time, we repair it, replace it or refund you, at our choice and as the law allows.

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. For consumers in the EU, the statutory guarantee of conformity under national law is not affected.

What is covered

• Faults in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use as described in the manual.
• Defective electronics, batteries and built-in electrodes.

What is not covered

Gel pads are consumables and are not covered once they stop sticking through normal wear.

How to make a claim

1. Email [EMAIL] with your order number, a short description of the fault and, if possible, a photo or video.
2. We reply with the next step. If we ask you to send the device back, we give you the address.
3. We repair, replace or refund.

Charging

Charge with a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
