FAQ
Is an EMS device safe for everyone?
No. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or on broken or irritated skin. Ask a doctor first if you have a heart condition or epilepsy.
How should I start?
Wet the skin, start at level 1 and raise it slowly. Keep sessions to about 15-20 minutes.
How do I charge my device?
Use a 5V/2A adapter only. Do not use fast-charge adapters.
What does EMS do, and what can’t it do?
EMS makes muscles contract, so it can support your muscle training. It does not replace exercise or a balanced diet, and we do not promise a particular result. Read Do EMS ab belts actually work?
Which should I choose: gel-free or gel-pad?
Gel-free has no consumables; gel-pad costs less to start. See Gel-free vs gel-pad EMS.
How long does shipping take?
See Shipping.
Can I return an item?
Yes. See Returns for the 14-day withdrawal right and our return period.
What does the warranty cover?
Every device has a 2-year warranty. See Warranty.
Do you sell wholesale or OEM?
Yes, from 100 units. See Wholesale & OEM.
